In the company of Latvian oligarch Artur Grants was seen the former deputy head of the Ukrainian Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries Boriss Baums (Boriss Baums).
Baums left Ukraine after Russia launched its invasion. In addition to Ukrainian citizenship, he is also a Latvian citizen and is married to Karina Sirotkina.
