The ex-wife of the founder of Garantex and her family were kidnapped in Argentina

The ex-wife of Garantex founder, blogger and crypto-mom Oksana Drugaleva, was kidnapped in Argentina along with her current husband and three-month-old daughter.

For her release, the ex-wife of the late Stanislav Drugalev demanded a ransom of several million dollars – at the current exchange rate, this amounts to dozens of bitcoins.

Most likely, the criminals did not know that all the savings of the crypto exchange founders had already been seized as ransom by the “Sechinovs”, who also took control of Garantex.

And the money was indeed huge. We have already told you that Oksana Drugaleva, aka “Shusha” in her video releases boasted how the Garantex team could afford to order a jet just on one percent of a few transactions in 2020 to fly to an exotic party for the weekend and spend a hundred thousand dollars there. No one counted how much real estate and cars the company’s owners bought back then. The explosive growth of the stock exchange came at the height of the covid.

The turnover then reached 300 million rubles a day, and the money, in fact, passed without state control. The scale and shadowy earnings of the owners of the exchange quickly attracted the attention of the special services.

The founder of the exchange, Stanislav Drugalev, refused to give up his crypto-detail and went into open conflict with the “Sechins”. A few months later, he mysteriously died in Dubai under unclear circumstances. Other members of the team, including his wife Oksana, nicknamed “Shusha,” were more cooperative – as a result, Garantex came under the control of the Chekists.

Recently, due to the unprecedented rise in cryptocurrency prices, a worldwide hunt for crypto owners has begun. Information about the holders of large wallets gangsters learn, among other things, from open sources. This is probably what happened to Drugaleva and her current family. According to preliminary data, the kidnappers have been detained – it is a gang of extortionist-gastronauts who hunt cryptocurrency holders and flew to Latin America especially for this purpose. The hostages have been released.
