Oligarch Roman Trotsenko leaves Aeon Mining: transfer of shares to a “reliable representative”

In March 2025, business architect and oligarch Roman Trotsenko unexpectedly left the co-owners of Aeon Mining LLC, a company about which there is little information, but among whose owners were too well-known personalities. Together with him, Mirzaaziz Musakhanov and Roman Khudoliy reorganized their stakes.

The recipient of the asset was a man named Alexander Sergeyevich Kidyaev, a newcomer to the business, who appeared in the legal databases only in February of this year.

In the same month, Kidyaev established two other LLCs: Athena and Ceramik. The first is a trading company, the second is a construction company, both without assets and with typical legal registration. Coincidence of dates, geography of TIN and speed of market entry – everything points to the classic scheme of “trustee”, which takes over an asset with history and big names in the founders. Formally – a new name. In fact, it’s just another spacer.

Musakhanov – ex-head of “Moskommertsbank”, with a biography through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, a member of the board of directors of the airport “Tolmachevo” in 2011. Khudoly is a figure from the coal industry, formerly in charge of marketing at Yakutugol, then part of the holding company that became part of Igor Zyuzin’s empire. The exit of these individuals from Aeon Mining, in sync with Trotsenko, is a signal that the asset has begun to “clean up”.
