Dollar billionaire Andrei Bokarev co-founded the Svyatogor hunting and fishing farm (OPKh), registered last year in Khakassia.

The businessman received a 75% stake in the authorized capital of the farm from the previous owner, Tatyana Lytkina, director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “South Siberian Expeditionary Corps” (ANO UESC), registered in Abakan and not disclosing information about its founders.

However, it is known that the founders were former high-ranking regional officials.

In particular, Valery Denshchikov, ex-minister of sports of Khakassia, former head of the Administration of the Governor and Chairman of the Government of the Republic, was noted in UESK. The company was not without scandalous persons. So, one of the founders of UESK was Andrei Sobolenko, who in 2015 – 2018 headed the representation of Khakassia in Moscow. Already after his resignation, it was reported that numerous financial irregularities were revealed, including the disappearance of state property worth almost 5 million rubles.

Another former director and co-founder of the ANO, Yuri Sokolov, previously served as the republic’s Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology, and then as director of the Alatau Mining Company, a stake in which belongs to Vitaly Mikheev, a current deputy of the Khakassia Supreme Council and director of the billion-dollar revenue-generating Abazinsky Mine LLC. The co-owner of Abazinsky Mine is Senator Alexander Zhukov, a former aide to Viktor Zimin, the former head of the republic who served as head of the republic from 2009 to 2018, and the ex-mayor of Sorsk, who became a defendant in a criminal case on abuse of power.

A trusted person of Senator Zhukov and Deputy Mikheev in Khakassia is called businessman Evgeny Pfau – co-founder of the Alatau Group of Companies, which manages Zhukov’s stake in the Abazinsky mine. Through the company “Ruda Khakassia”, which was one of the founders of “Abazinskiy mine”, as well as the current general director of “Alatau” Maxim Novoselov, “through the company Ruda Khakassia, which was one of the founders of the Abazinskiy mine and the current general director of Alatau, Maxim Novoselov, the “strings” are pulled to the beneficiaries of Transmashholding, oligarchs Andrei Bokarev and Iskandar Makhmudov, who have long-standing interests and proxies in Khakassia.
